COVID-19 Update:

  • To ease all concerns we are taking extra precautions to keep everyone safe, we are taking extra steps to sanitize our studio thoroughly.
  • We have installed an air filter and UltraViolet light sanitizer to run before and after each client.
  • Our daily limit is 1-2 client to limit tracking into studio. 
  • Each client will be checked for their temperature upon arrival.
  • Hand washing will be required before and after appointment.
  • No extra guests allowed in studio (please communicate with us if there are medical needs).

         Please understand these steps are necessary to keep everyone safe including you! We are very appreciative of you and want to               keep the studio as clean as possible. 

Here's what to know:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your appointment. The deposit will be credited towards the overall price. ​
  • All credit/debit card transactions will have a 5% processing fee. If paid with Cash, Zelle, or CashApp  fee will be waived.
  • You may cancel your appointment, but your deposit will not be refunded.
  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before appointment. (deposit will still apply)
  • Must be 18 and up
  • If you are a NO SHOW (no call, no text) to your initial appointment, you forfeit your deposit and will be charged $100 to card on file for a no show fee. If following no show and you wish to reschedule the full amount will be due during booking. Please understand we are a small business and your appointment counts!
  • If you are a no show for your 4-8 complimentary touch up, there will be a $75 no show fee. ​
  • To avoid unfair delays to clients that follow, if you are more than 45 minutes late to your appointment, it will be necessary to reschedule. Regardless of unforeseen circumstances that may arise which could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure, however please understand that such changes affect not only us, but other clients as well. If you choose to not reschedule, you forfeit your deposit.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, a late fee of $50.00 will be added to your overall price. We suggest leaving 15-20 minutes before estimate time of arrival.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone!
  • By booking, you agree to place a non-refundable reservation fee. Client understands and agrees that artist will not book other sessions during this time. In the event that the client cancels session or fails to attend on the date, for any reason, artist shall suffer losses (time, supplies etc). As such, client agrees agrees that in the event of cancelation by client, such fee will be forfeited by client and paid to artist as liquidated damages and not as penalty. Client and artist agree that such amount is reasonable.
